Executive Chef Kevin Draper, renowned for his previous leadership at Bin 54, brings his expertise to G Prime's kitchen, curating a menu showcasing quality, thoughtfully sourced beef, including American and Japanese wagyu, alongside a curated selection of fish and vegetables from local farms.
We offer the highest level of service and ingredients for the entire community to enjoy – from beautifully curated and customizable prime cuts, locally sourced fish and fresh seasonal produce, a classic craft cocktail and mixology program, to one of the largest, most prolific wine cellars in the area.
